========== Strobic Circles

Purchased this at the recent vintage paper fair in San Francisco;
it was the only bicycle-related thing I found, tangential as it is. I
liked the op art flavor of the strobic circles. At first, I tried spinning
it on a table surface without luck. The trick is to rotate it in your
hands & let your eyes kind of lose focus. The wheels then blur a bit
as though twirling at strobic speeds. What this has to do with fair
white hands, I have no idea.
