about me I began collecting McCoy years ago after getting a few planters from my Grandmothers for plants. The hobby grew and grew and grew! At times I worked two part time jobs in addition to a full time job so I could have extra money for the cookie jars. How obcessive is that?
about my collections At various times I've focused on different areas of McCoy Pottery. I have to say though that the cookie jars are my favorite! There are many different sub-collections in McCoy...pot and saucers, wall pockets, vases, the miniatures, etc.
my interests I love to have a day when I can just get in the car with a few dollars in my pocket and go flea-marketing and antiquing. Those days usually include stops at my favorite thrift stores where I can also find McCoy. The real highlight of my collecting McCoy has been getting to know the Real McCoys, Nelson and Billie. They're very dear friends and I love to visit with them a couple of times a year.
