About me: I work in television, and I am passionate about music and food.

My collections: My collection began as a simply protest: I grew up in the 70s & 80s, when there were very, very few action figures that looked like me. Original GI Joes were vaguely beige, but did not have features like me. Lando was the first real action figure I got that i could identify as "like me." And so it began- I began nabbing action figures which looked like me, with the hopes of topping my dresser, then both dresser, then a shelf, and so forth. Today, the collection is beginning to look like the strangest collection of the black diaspora around!
