About me: I live Halloween 24/7.
I am a rabid horror fan. I grew up sheilded from horror by my parents but once I got old enough I began to seek out the videos whos covers gave me nightmares as a child. I began collecting with McFarlanes "Movie Maniacs" and it grew from there. I now own close to 1000 peieces from dozens of movies and have pieces ranging in size from a figure the size of a dime to a 7 ft tall animatronic Jason Voorhees (my favorite character)
The collest time in my collecting years cam in 2006 when Minnesota finally had a Horror Convention "Crypticon" (whom I now work for in promotions) and, after getting to know several actors on line I had some of the cast of "The Devils Rejects" (my all time favorite film) to the house for dinner and got to give them a tour of my Hellish Haven, the actors were Bill Moseley, Sid Haig, Ken Foree and Michael Berryman. I have also become friends with Texas Chainsaw Massacre 2 star Bill (Leatherface) Johnson over the years (My 2nd favorite film) I love being able to unwind after a rough day at work by seeing a bunch of folks die in gory and creative ways. Its my vent and my outlet.
My collections: MN's largest newspaper did a story on it and me a few Halloweens back. Several of the stars of horror films have been to my collection room.
My interests: If it chops up over sexed teenagers, I'll collect it.
My favorite companies are Sideshow and Mezco.
