This is Wildwick, one of the ceratopsian dolls released in conjunction with the Hallmark Dinotopia miniseries. There were 28 of these dolls, all identical except for the fabric they are made from. They each came in a plastic numbered egg that mimicked the eggs in the hatchery in the miniseries.
