This shoe was done with hip hop artist MF Doom. The shoe is simple . It featured 3M material,ostrich skin, leather and suede. Dooms name is on the side of the shoe. The sole is clear and has pictures of Dr Doom which are visible. This shoe was to my knowledge the only shoe Nike ever did in two different boxes.
