What adam says about this collectible:

Some doohickeys on top of a coronas cigar box. Aside from the old-tyme physics gear, there's a pretty impressive collection of cigar boxes used to hold lenses, light bulbs, mercury tubes, and anything else small enough to be easily lost. This only solidifies my impression of golden age physicists as a bunch of chain-smoking, suave mo-fos.
