This is the VHS Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Hot Rodding Teenagers, it is part of a set and has a large 2 on the side of it. I did not originally collect the VHS tapes of TMNT, so most of my collection is bought from a rental store that was willing to sell their tapes. This one is from the video rental store.
