“I am looking for my grandfather, Captain Ben Oberstein, of the ELA Mounted Police; He was also an Honorary Charro and rode every year in the Rose parade as one or the other, mostly as the captain of the mounted police. He was friends with Monty Montana. Is there any way to locate him here? He rode a beautiful Arabian. ”
