Lol, for me that one has always been a Mérens (little black horse from south of France). They've been officially horses, ponies, and also draft horses... Well, Friesians are more famous, so a Friesian it must be.

i have this model I recently purchased it from eBay you say it's from 1996 as all other info I have found on it but on my models underneath it says 93 Schliech made in Germany is this correct for the underuse of the model and it was just realised in 1996 in no the model with the mane up was released in 1993 but this model doesn't have it's mane up, thanks

oh i saw it on another web site and it looked like that by the way nice collection i have a collection of schleich horses myself and my eldest one is a Tennessee walking horse i got of eBay it has alot of rubs though! but i still love it in my collection i have 68 horses. I whis to get this one in the future and did you get the satchmo horse of the internet. lol sorry about the rub thing i didnt relize it was actually a signature!
