This is actually a duplicate of another Nala I just bought from Ebay. Curiously enough, I bought my first in a lot with a Rafiki plush, and I found this one in a thrift store with that same Rafiki! Weird!
Anyway, she's absolutely gorgeous. Gorgeous fur, gorgeous eyes, the only weird thing is that her head tries to dip forward (which I think TheLioness has mentioned before XD) and her paws turn backward. You can see a more in-depth description on the other Nala's page.

DERP! Apparently I'm blind XD The other Nala DOES have the sunrise logo...so there goes my theory XDD
Haha! Floppy-headed Nala XD Gotta love her! I must say this Nala is one of my absolute favorites. I love her design (except for those weird front legs), her fur, and her expression. I have no idea why some Disney Store Nalas have floppy heads and some don't. Maybe they were made at different times? I mean, your other Nala doesn't have the Lion King sunrise logo on her and mine new with tags did. Weird! Anyways, that's hilarious you got her with Rafiki both times XDD You couldn't have done that if you tried!
