Shown are the front and back of two half-page fliers I collected on October 7, 2001, at the Not In Our Name-sponsored march from Union Square Park to Times Square. Before it, at Union Square, there was an interfailth service calling for peace and tolerance.
Dozens of participants carried signs stating, "Our Grief Is Not A Cry For War," a prominent slogan used as a rallying cry by the organization.
