The NF Half Marathon in Central Park is one of two halves in October that lead up to the NYC Marathon. I completed it in 2005, but in 2006 I only did the first 7 miles. I had just finished the inaugural Men's Health Urbanathlon at 7am and was completely torn up by the time I'd gotten through the first four miles of this race at 9am.
