There were a lot of different versions of Star Wars #1.
That's "Marvel Special Edition Featuring Star Wars" #1 - Whitman edition (sold at Woolworths, Kmart, and that type of dept store) - much more common than the newstand edition. From the small picture, I'd guess the condition is "Fine+". It's guide value is a modest $5.00.
