I wore my first concert shirt until it was rags. Sitting here, almost 30 years since that first concert, I realize that I was very proud of those shirts and am glad that I still have CDs (and records) of most of the bands that I’ve seen.
One stand out show was They Might Be Giants. Rather than a shirt, I bought a fez. Would probably still have it if it weren’t for that incident with the cat.
