Once again, Amazing Clubs returns – this time with the promise of a quartet of dairy delights to stimulate your palate and enrich your existence. Hello, Ice Cream Of The Month Club. Pleased to meet you.

Okay, so I admit it – ‘ice cream’ itself is not so much a collectible as previous ‘Of The Month’ selections due to a relatively shorter shelf life, nor is it as collectible as various ice cream paraphernalia. Beer, hot sauce and even barbecue sauce have relatively long lives on your shelf, and decorative containers that withstand the elements, or at least the fridge or the kitchen shelf, very well. Ice cream, not so much – but with the rich world of ice cream collectibles that are out there, it would be remiss to ignore the ice cream itself and developing your enjoyment of the substance.

It’s in this interest that I recorded a vlog, which is probably way too long, to discuss the wonders of AmazingClubs.com and what they offer. YouTube doesn’t allow anyone to upload videos over ten minutes long if you’re not making money for them, and Vimeo doesn’t technically permit videos that advertise anything, but also doesn’t set limits on length – just file size. Until the Vimeo people decide that I’ve violated their policies by impartially advocating a product and service that I have a tangential association with, please enjoy.

If you’re not a watcher, here’s a general summary.

Amazing Clubs offers a huge variety of different ‘clubs’, all with different types of items, and each one allowing you to determine the frequency at which these items are sent to you. Every month is a surprise, and every month, it’s likely that your eyes will be opened to a completely new experience.

I don’t know how often Amazing Clubs chooses ice creams from small manufacturers from the notoriously cow-ful Wisconsin region, but this month, all four choices were from that particular location. I sampled french vanilla, chocolate, orange chocolate chip, and black licorice – and the whole thing was definitely enjoyable. There are some very interesting choices mixed in with the more traditional offerings, and with four small ice creams coming every month, there’s bound to be something you really like in the mix. Plus, you get a whole mess of dry ice – which is one of the funnest substances known to man – right behind ice cream and mercury, of course.

Enjoy the vlog and swing on by their website!
