I bought a Skippy Racer sled at an auction...have you ever come across one of these...we think it is approx 80+ years old and in pretty good shape. Tried to find these items online without success...Thought maybe some one that was familiar with antiques may know...Bought it as a decorative piece, but everyone seems to think that it may be worth something.

Hi, thanks for the interest in CQ and my articles! It would be great to have a picture. I believe the one we had sold for $75 - does that help? It can be difficult to sell a larger item on the internet due to shipping. You might want to try a local ad, and CQ does offer a Marketplace for sellers. Good luck, Val

I purchased a one runner sled at a garage sale years ago, in Butler Pennsylvania, while visiting family. My mother called it a 'go devil' and remembered her brothers sliding down hills on them. I have been trying to find the value of it and am looking to sell it. The one I have does not have any numbers on it...its' painted red and has someone's name hand painted on the seat. If you like, I can send a photo. Do you know where would be a good place for me to start? This is new to me. Thanks,
