Hi Doug, a friend just sold a Popeye Cookie Jar for over $200 - although the book rates the value at $750+. This was from the 1960s. Hope that is helpful.

I have the same Popeye cookie jar which was given to me by my Grandma. On the bottom is an unledgable ink stamp with something like ????features and windgate inc. Does your popeye cookie jar identify these makeings and age? What do you know of the collectors value?
